Blue Mountains Law Society Succession Conference 2018
The brochure for the 2018 Blue Mountains Law Society succession conference is now available (see below). It has a stellar group of speakers and a broad range of topics relating to succession issues. This year, an addition to the program is a workshop on the issues that arise where there is an intestacy. This 3 hour hands-on experience will start at 2pm on Friday 7 September 2018. The other exciting change is that former Chief Justice of Australia, Sir Anthony Mason, has graciously allowed the local Law Society to have an annual oration in his name. The inaugural oration will be given by the Chief Judge in Equity, Justice Julie Ward. This will formally open the conference on Saturday 8 September 2018.
