Darryl Browne
Principal
Darryl is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. His forte is estate planning (involving wills, superannuation, powers of attorney, enduring guardian appointments, advance care directives, trusts and related aspects), estate administration and estate related litigation. He also advises clients concerning commercial law issues as well as with conveyancing and related real estate transactions.
Darryl’s professional achievements include, Chair of Elder Law and Succession Committee of Law Council of Australia, Fellow AICD, Member STEP, member of the NSW State Government’s Steering Committee on elder abuse, and Notary Public. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in Law at UNSW Sydney.
Darryl is regularly called upon to give seminars to solicitors on estate planning and estate litigation topics. Details of recent and imminent seminars are available from the sidebar. He writes a monthly column on wills and estates cases for the Law Society Journal and occasional articles for that and other journals.
