What is an accredited specialist?
An accredited specialist is a lawyer who through assessment from the Law Society of NSW has shown advanced expertise in a specific area of law demonstrating they are best in that specific field. In order to sit the accredited specialist course, the lawyer must have shown at least 5 years of experience in the chosen specific practice area as well as sitting a written exam and interview and a case study examination.
Across NSW there are more than 50,000.00 practising lawyers and Darryl Browne is the only accredited specialist in Wills and Estates in the Blue Mountains and one of only 91 lawyers across the state to be bestowed this title.
The assessment process is extremely rigorous and structured and as a result, there is a significant failure rate of the candidates who sit the exams each year.
For over four decades, Browne Linkenbagh has been providing expert legal services and Daryl Browne is an accredited specialist in Wills and Estates offering very specific and high level tailored advice in the areas of Will Disputes, Family Provision Claims, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Capacity Concerns or any other estate planning issues.
