Family Provision Claims
Where a person believes they have been unfairly left out of a deceased estate, we provide experienced representation and advice on family provision claims, helping to protect your rights and achieve an equitable outcome.
Estate Litigation
Our team have extensive experience in all areas of estate litigation including capacity issues in wills, negligence by other firms when drafting and issues with family trusts or farming disputes. We also have experience in undie influence and complex litigation involving unconscionable conduct.
Probate and Letters of Administration
If you have lost a loved one and are the executor or next of kin we can assist to obtain a grant from the Supreme Court in NSW to enable you to administer the estate. This complex legal process is now entirely online and our experienced team can navigate the process, preparing the necessary documents so that all assets can be distributed. We charge a lump sum fixed fee for this process as set out by the Supreme Court and the initial consult is free. We can also assist in QLD and VIC for grants as well just ask our expert team.
Wills and Estates
From drafting your will to specialised succession planning, we guide you through the process of safeguarding your wishes and providing for your loved ones. We also assist with complex issues such as contested estates and family provision claims. We offer fixed fees for these services starting at just $660 for a simple will. Powers of Attorney & Enduring Guardianship
